Nip Tu - Designer & Supply Chain Manager

Nip Tu
Over the period of a dozen years designing bathrooms with our firm, Nip has developed special expertise in resolving unusual space constraints and configurations. He also oversees the smooth ordering and delivery in a timely manner, so that projects can move from inception to completion without delay

Amy Watts
Amy’s exceptional talents with materials and color have contributed to her evolution as a premier designer in the industry. Her experience in landscape design and new home construction inform and enrich her knowledge of construction infrastructure, leading to the creation of bathrooms that are both elegant and comfortable.

Geri Spieler
Vice President
Geri brings a mix of design, creativity, and business marketing and management to The Bath Room. She oversees the continuing evolution of our showrooms, and focuses primarily on design, materials selection, and outreach. She is also a published author.

Rick Kaplowitz
President
Rick draws on his background in the management of construction and of technology to assure our dual focus on top quality construction and highly responsive customer service. A licensed general contractor, Rick delights in watching our clients evolve into raving fans of The Bath Room as our designs are realized – in beauty, and on time.

	The members of our crew reflect maturity and multiple years of experience in plumbing, electrical, and installation work. Several members of our crew also hold their own contractors licenses, assuring full compliance with construction codes as we re-form your space. Our crews focus on providing excellent workmanship along with polite and efficient individual customer services. Our crews clean up daily on each job site, so that disruptions to daily routines in the home are minimized. Crew members are full-time employees. The Bath Room provides fully paid medical coverage to all employees, along with such programs as Workers Comp and Unemployment insurance.
